I started daydreaming of a new kind of agency the moment I stepped foot into my first, in 2020.
I care so deeply for the brands I work with. I see the people behind the mission - and feel connected to the company. In old agency structures, there's no room for this client care. It's impossible while juggling 10 other clients - you start to lack the energy and ambition to give to the ones you feel most passionate about. That's why I started JL Marketing & Creative. I wanted to bring people together, help brands at every point in their journey, and create a community of individuals who chase big dreams, create bad-ass businesses, co-found ideas, and collaborate across cultures, (and of course, strive for those high ROIs and 'more-than-we-could-have-dreamed' profits).
